BulletTime #4

Whoo. What a time we live in! Or rather, what a time I’m living. The past month has gone by in a blur of wedding planning, work, and bachelor partying. I have to apologize for the cop-out of a bullet point post, but it’s almost midnight and I’m tired!

-The aforementioned wedding is coming up…on Saturday. I have never felt such a strange mix of emotions before. This is one of the first decisions that I have made that will knowingly change my life forever, and yet I can’t seem to be more excited, nervous, anxious, and plain worn out from all the proceedings. The most overwhelming emotion I’ve felt is just relief, I’m marrying the right girl for me, and I’m completely confident in that.

Now that the sappiness is out of the way I’ve got other things on my mind too!

-This Heat – Pacers series is turning into an instant classic. I know that LeBron is always a hot button topic, but man, the guy is something else. I’ve written about him before, but I am constantly amazed at his speed, strength and style. I really think that we’re looking at the greatest player ever. The Pacers, on the other hand, are the perfect Kryptonite for the Heat. They are physical, unafraid and have a center that no one can contain. I think the Heat will win the series, but I know it will not be easy.

– We will cover some exploits of my bachelor party on tomorrow’s episode, along with the biggest name interview we’ve ever had. Vegas is always such a love-hate relationship. Fortunately I made it out with more money than I left with, and we had some great times though, and I will thank my groomsmen for that time (including the other 2/3rds of ATB.) Vegas is the only place that I can ever think where I’m just as excited to leave as I am to go there. Three days is the absolute maximum that I would ever advise anyone going…ever. I’m still recovering.

– On that note, I’m still recovering from the lack of sleep I had over this past weekend. I’m getting way too old to stay out past about 1 AM anymore. I feel the exhaustion for about the next week after I don’t get my proper amount of sleep, and I just can’t function right anymore. Apparently it gets worse as I get older…Oh goodie I can’t wait.

I hope everyone has a great week. I’ll be missing my next week’s post due to my honeymoon, but I’ll be back soon!
