Doing play-by-play was my dream job when I went into college. Unfortunately, it was an extremely far-fetched dream, and I pretty much wasted my freshman year before switching to something more practical.
Practicality does seem to get in the way of idealism all too often. Good thing there’s hope. May the Diamondbacks or the Suns come knocking on your door one day!
