Xbox One: Feel the Excitement?

May 21, 2013 Chris

I just don’t get it. I don’t. I thought gamers were taking part in the “video games” genre, yet all I watched for the last hour were tech demos, sports, a TV guide and a dog in Call of Duty. … Continue reading Xbox One: Feel the Excitement?

May 15, 2013May 20, 2013 David

The madness is finally over. I write this after completing the final workout: Max Cardio Conditioning & Cardio Abs and I can honestly say I’m feeling pretty proud of myself. That’s not to say that did everything I could, not by any … Continue reading The Insanity Blog: Final Program Review

Checkpoint: Star Fox 64

May 11, 2013May 15, 2013 Gray Areas

This column originally ran on February 8, 2010. The Nintendo 64 was the console of dichotomy. There was a huge, gaping divide between the haves (say, Ocarina of Time) and the have-nots (say, Superman 64). One game most industry fans … Continue reading Checkpoint: Star Fox 64

Gray Areas

Gray Areas is a pop culture extravaganza with a live weekly podcast every Thursday night, daily Let's Play videos, and a bevy of old blog posts for your enjoyment.

The current crew includes Chris, Dave and Shaun, who have been there since the beginning, and Cody, who joined in 2021. We also have other contributors like Michaela who chip in from time to time.

We cover everything from video games, anime and movies to music, books and idiots in the news.

This whole thing was started as At the Buzzer in February 2011, the brainchild of three men desperate for attention. It became Objection Network in 2017 and then this in 2024. It’s slightly related to an old Flagstaff radio show from 2008, kinda like how Frasier was slightly related to Cheers. In other words, we're all getting old and it's a little depressing.
