November 8, 2013December 6, 2013 Chris

If you’ve been following our Game On series (and you should, because these episodes have been pretty darn good), you may have been introduced to the madness that is You Don’t Know Jack. YDKJ was a series that started back … Continue reading You Don’t Know Jack Classics on Steam

My Childhood and Mastering Slams on Saturday Evenings (A guest post)

Review: Street Fighter x Mega Man

December 17, 2012January 1, 2013 Chris

Street Fighter x Mega Man came out of nowhere, but it’s nice to see the Blue Bomber getting some recognition on his 25th anniversary. Let’s be honest: Mega Man has pretty much died. Capcom has run the franchise into the … Continue reading Review: Street Fighter x Mega Man

Gray Areas

Gray Areas is a pop culture extravaganza with a live weekly podcast every Thursday night, daily Let's Play videos, and a bevy of old blog posts for your enjoyment.

The current crew includes Chris, Dave and Shaun, who have been there since the beginning, and Cody, who joined in 2021. We also have other contributors like Michaela who chip in from time to time.

We cover everything from video games, anime and movies to music, books and idiots in the news.

This whole thing was started as At the Buzzer in February 2011, the brainchild of three men desperate for attention. It became Objection Network in 2017 and then this in 2024. It’s slightly related to an old Flagstaff radio show from 2008, kinda like how Frasier was slightly related to Cheers. In other words, we're all getting old and it's a little depressing.
