October 17, 2012October 22, 2012 David

Too many thoughts to focus on just one, and so that will bring us the next installment of America’s favorite blog: BulletTime. I got the name for my bullet point blog partially because it was a bullet, and partially because … Continue reading BulletTime #2

Fan-demonium

October 10, 2012October 15, 2012 David

When I was 5 years old, my parents got free tickets to the local minor league hockey team, the Phoenix Roadrunners. The Roadrunners were the second longest tenured Phoenix team at the time, with only the Suns being around longer. … Continue reading Fan-demonium

And now, this guy’s only sports related post ever… For the past three years, I’ve been part of a fantasy football league. The past two years were alright. I didn’t stand out, mostly just snagged a few wins here and … Continue reading Fantastic Football

Eternal Hope

I promised myself I wasn’t going to write this. I did it last year, and I was sure I wasn’t going to resort to this again. But I just got too excited last week. Everything went my way, and I … Continue reading Eternal Hope

NHL 13 and the Days of Old

August 27, 2012September 2, 2012 Chris

As much as I enjoy playing sports video games, there’s always been a certain limit. For the most part, picking up the latest annual title has never done much for me. If the changes from year to year merely boil … Continue reading NHL 13 and the Days of Old

Nash to the Lakers – What??

July 6, 2012July 11, 2012 David

I’ll quote my great co-host Chris, “This is the worst day ever.” I agree with him. the entire off-season for the Suns this year has been one surprise after the other. But nothing could have prepared me for what happened yesterday. Steve … Continue reading Nash to the Lakers – What??

The Best Tennis I’ve Ever Seen

July 2, 2012September 16, 2012 Chris

This is probably the only post about tennis we’ll ever have. I think I’m the only person at At the Buzzer who even remotely likes tennis, which means our resident sports guy (Dave) and basketball guy (Shaun) are out of … Continue reading The Best Tennis I’ve Ever Seen

Gray Areas

Gray Areas is a pop culture extravaganza with a live weekly podcast every Thursday night, daily Let's Play videos, and a bevy of old blog posts for your enjoyment.

The current crew includes Chris, Dave and Shaun, who have been there since the beginning, and Cody, who joined in 2021. We also have other contributors like Michaela who chip in from time to time.

We cover everything from video games, anime and movies to music, books and idiots in the news.

This whole thing was started as At the Buzzer in February 2011, the brainchild of three men desperate for attention. It became Objection Network in 2017 and then this in 2024. It’s slightly related to an old Flagstaff radio show from 2008, kinda like how Frasier was slightly related to Cheers. In other words, we're all getting old and it's a little depressing.
